Joan Delivers her mediation and legal services at Vista Law Group. She practices in the areas of elder, family, human rights, administrative, and non-profit law.  She provides mediation services to families and individuals, with a strong focus on resolving family disputes. This includes disputes between couples as those between older adults and their family members. She provides legal services on elder law issues including drafting wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements.

One of Joan’s unique service offerings at Vista Law Group is legal consulting for non-profit organizations. In this work, Joan draws upon her experience as an executive in the non-profit sector and advises organizations about governance and charitable issues.
